I have now updated my Pro 4 to the most up to date version of Windows 10 and I am able to sign-in to all of my Xbox games with no problem. I wanted to check along the way that my games would work and sign me in on every version of Windowsġ0 that I updated to so I could rule out that a specific update caused the problem. I then reinstalled all of my games before I did any software updates. So yesterday, I factory reset my Pro 4 and set it up using my existing Microsoft Account. Setting up my Pro 4 I created a local account and just signed-in to apps as I needed them. Machines, and I realized that when I set up Windows 10 on my laptop, I signed-in with my existing Microsoft Account. I thought about the differences between the 2 My 6-year old Toshiba laptop had no problem signing-in to these games, but my Surface Pro 4 just didn't want to. Like others, I was having trouble signing-in to not just the Halo: Spartan games, butĪll games that had an Xbox Live sign-in (Minesweeper, Sudoku, Project Spark) on my Surface Pro 4. Usually, that's a good thing, but I don't think some people will be too happy with how I "fixed" my problem. I hate to say this, but I may have a fix for this problem.
